User-Friendly Dynamic Interface

ProjectEdit will enable on-line editing of your data. the component reads the data file for the projects and moves the data into a structured form which allows for easy editing by the user. The structure follows the same Project, Task, Resource hierarchy found in the data file. All the data file array information is hidden from the user. They only see a standard familiar form to work with.

Task Data Can Be Hidden At Project Level

ProjectEdit will collapse the form at the Project level hiding all the subordinate task and resource information associated with that project. This simplifies the user's workload because they can focus on the particular project of interest, while still having other project data available at a single click if needed for reference.

Display Multiple Projects, Tasks, Milestones And Resources

ProjectEdit will allow for initially opening the form with all data levels visible or only the project level visible. The user can then select which project to collapse or keep expanded. The form itself when fully expanded is a great way to see all project, task, resource information at a glance without accompanying charts.

All Labels Set As Constants For Multi-Language Support

Text labels displayed on the form are available as constants so they can be translated into other languages if desired.

Style Sheet Support

Set colors, font and other formatting controls through an external style sheet

ProjectEdit is a client/server-based DLL that is designed to allow project managers to edit their project, task, and resource usage data on line. The DLL is accompanied by an ASP file, a data file, and a style sheet.
